Job Introduction
Do you want to help create the drinks brands of the future?
Your role will be to assist new brand development for Global Innovation. You’ll be focused on new-to-world brands, working with Innovation Champions within Sales and Marketing, Operations and Market teams you’ll successfully operate across a wide range of marketing areas.
Main Responsibility
- You’ll be working with the New-To-World innovation team to help deliver an ambitious innovation agenda.
- You’ll be helping to transform key insights into distinctive brands with Team Insights and Team NPD.
- You’ll help develop brand worlds and assets with Marketing Managers and Head of NTW Innovation.
- You’ll be at the heart of a learning culture, organising consumer groups and workshops to release creativity and commerciality.
You’ll see brands you create on the shelves, in bars all around the world
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in brand marketing ideally in FMCG.
- A blend of creative and commercial expertise with the ability to move between brand creation and brand commercialisation effortlessly.
- A resilient attitude, someone who knows how to deliver projects and solve problems.
- A motivated marketer, with success operating with regional teams and markets.
A clear communicator, someone who can articulate brand strategies and envision teams
