Job description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Elland Branch.
You should currently be working in or have experience within the motor industry.
This position is perfect for an existing Assistant Manager in the motor trade or even an experienced Parts Advisor looking to further their career.
You will assist the branch manager with the day-to-day running of the branch and help motivate the sales team to produce a budget performance. You must have strong knowledge of automotive parts.
You should be proactive; sales driven and be able to maintain an outstanding level of service. You must have excellent communication & organisational skills, both necessary for working well in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
