We are a bakery based in South Kensington. Our team of professionals run the in house open kitchen creating beautiful and exceptionally tasting cakes and pastries.
We are open daily from 8:30 to 19:00 and we are mainly focusing on creating bespoke cakes, cupcakes, buns, tarts, cheesecakes and some Greek deserts. Please take a look on our Instagram to find out more at @mollyrosebakery.
Job description :
We are looking for both an assistant and a professional baker/pastry chef to work closely with our head bakers either full or part time.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of professional experience, however, if someone truly loves baking as an amateur, we would be willing to consider them for this position.
Daily duties will include :
baking and preparation of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries and customized orders.
decorating cupcakes and filling and preparing layer cakes, ready to be decorated.
operating in accordance with hygiene standards
organizing and storing ingredients appropriately.
The ideal candidate :
We are looking for people with great teamwork skills with a can-do attitude. They should have a high regard for detail and always work to the highest of standards. They should be punctual, responsible, committed and willing to learn.
Creativity and ideas are hugely encouraged.
