We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Letting Aftercare Assistant to join WCHG. You’ll develop and deliver an aftercare service to all Garden City Homes customers. This will include aftercare for the repairs and staircasing of the New Shared Ownership model.
We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and lettings aftercare process.
Main responsibilities include:
To effectively deal with all customer enquiries either over the phone, face to face or via email/social media and to offer advice.
To provide an aftercare pack to customers on completion of a purchase or a tenancy sign up.
To support with completion and tenancy sign up’s and carry out post move in visits where requested.
To be the first point of contact for all staircasing enquiries and managing the process between customers and conveyancers including conversion from Leasehold to Freehold.
To support in the development of a resales process which provides a marketing and advertising service to all customers and acting like an Estate Agency.
To ensure all processes and procedures comply with and are updated as per the Capital Funding Guide.
To carry out regular satisfaction surveys with customers and engage with them to gain feedback on improving services
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of property – shared ownership or newbuild or lets
Great customer service abilities and good understanding of customer care
Experience in a customer focussed role
Competent IT user
