We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Asset Servicing Senior Administrator
The primary purpose will be to assist the Manager in the delivery of Investment Administration and Middle Office services to assigned clients, in particular Corporate Actions and Income, within agreed quality, timing and output targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Timely and accurate processing and checking of daily work in accordance with intra-day controls as stipulated in procedures and guidelines.
- Escalation of issues / concerns to line management, including staff issues, compliance breaches, errors and losses on a timely basis and in accordance with defined escalation procedures.
- Ensure queries, exceptions and event reconciliation discrepancies are investigated, updated and resolved in accordance with HSS internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to the writing of procedures and controls as directed by line management.
- Develop internal and external relationships to support Corporate Action efficiencies, improve client service and/or reduce operation/client risk.
- Corporate Actions experience required. Working knowledge of the Aladdin platform is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines, planning and organising workload, taking into account the relative priorities
- Flexible approach to working hours and environment
- Attention to detail essential, with excellent time management and analytical skills.
- Experience with Excel, Bloomberg, Telekurs is preferred. ISO022 swift messaging experience preferred.
- Strong relationships skills / ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
