The IT Asset Analyst provides guidance for the company’s assets, both physical and software.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on with Asset Management Process and Best practices.
- Working experience in implementing CMDB, CSDM, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Catalogs, Mobile enablement, Reports and Dashboards.
- Practical knowledge of Software development Life cycles - Agile and Scrum Management, work with FP&A on asset management
- Set up foundation data such as hardware model, entitlement data, asset classes.
- Set up stock room and stock room rules, inventory management globally.
- Configure dashboard for installed hardware and available hardware models.
- Integrations with Asset Management Systems.
- Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
- Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
- Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform, device logistics for our service division.
- Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
- Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation.
- Review the work of the development team.
- Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
- Good knowledge of testing framework
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 2-year experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
- Minimum of 5+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience with Configuration Management.
- Have strong functional knowledge and technical skills. Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB.
- Expert in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes (including hardware and software)
- Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate superior customer service.
- Ability to work independently a must.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HAM), ITIL V4 certified, SharePoint knowledge ,MS Excel and Access
Expected Salary Range: $ 20/Hr-$ 45/Hr
Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.
The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
