Role Type: Permanent / Full Time
Salary: £26,802 - £31,532 depending on skills and experience

The Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager and Team
- Ensure support is provided to meet team's objectives and requirements
- Support the development, collation and production of Key Performance Indicators
- Work within and promote the philosophy of safe team working
- Broad knowledge of Cadent’s Core Policies and Procedures that impact the way we operate
- Facilitate and efficiently co-ordinate and administer projects the team is working on
- Actively demonstrate and promote the Cadent Values, and positively contribute to a customer oriented approach
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed standard operating procedures and making suggestions for improvements
- Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

Accountabilities of our Asset Data Capture Quality Support will include:
- Where necessary, maintain company brand / expectations with regards to customer service and satisfaction.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to achieve the performance and quality targets / expectations.
- Seek out coaching / development opportunities.
- Comply with the implementation of process / procedure updates in line with business developments.
- Comply with policy / local work procedures.
- Carry out any other duties appropriate in accordance with business needs.
- Attend and constructively participate in regular Team Briefs as required. Where necessary attend internal / external training.
- Support with covering absence / annual leave and where required Weekend Working.
- Maintain business expectation in line with DR23 compliance
- Responsible for the planning of daily site visits to undertake various auditing activities, looking at competence, data quality and compliance.
- Capture all non-compliances found during any site visits including descriptions of failure(s) with supporting photographs.
- Provide support and coaching to Asset Data Capture Technicians including sharing of best practice and relevant Team Briefings.
- Responsible for ensuring records for completed works are accurately captured to the required standard.
- Identify and escalate any non-compliances / findings to the Asset Data Team Leader and Asset Data Specialist, where appropriate.
- Comply with all Health Safety and Environmental procedures - use the appropriate work equipment and personal protective equipment and participate proactively in achieving Health Safety and Environmental objectives including Process Safety and Lone Working Activities.
- Review and apply analysis of performance and quality MI systems feedback e.g. allocated reports, whereabouts, performance statistics.
- Liaise directly with Site Managers and operational staff to ensure accurate data is captured.
- Where required, support with Service Compliance Activities (Domestic / Non-Domestic), Plant Protection, DR/8 Compliance, CSEP Mapping Assistance.
- Maintain and manage site visit logistics.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for individuals who hold the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Hold a EUSR SHEA Gas Passport.
- Working knowledge of DR23, DR4, the associated Local Work Procedures and its applications is desirable.
- Working knowledge of ESRI, SAP and supporting systems is desirable.
- Digitisation experience or knowledge of the digitisation and re-design process is desirable.
- Competent in the use of standard desktop packages, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The post holder will be well organised, motivated, resourceful and able to demonstrate that they are passionate about continuous improvement, with the ability to work accurately within tight deadlines and on their own initiative
