Job Title: Asset Broker

Company Overview: UK Assets Group is an impartial alternative asset comparison and suitability service provider. We scour the markets and conduct due diligence and asset suitability studies in order to bring our clients the latest and safest opportunities.

Job Summary: As an Asset Broker, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Your main responsibility will be to contact individuals who have approached us through our online lead generation campaigns to discuss their investment needs and requirements.

· Conduct thorough research to identify their needs and build rapport.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve or exceed sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals in a timely manner.

· Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities.

· Generate customer feedback and reviews.

· Provide accurate sales and pipeline forecasts.

· Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning and training.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the financial sector.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
