The RoleWe have an opportunity for an Asset Administrator to join us to assist with and tracking, administration and distribution of assets across the company, in line with ISO27001 processes. In this role you will work closely with Finance and IT to ensure the Asset Management process is followed and employees have the equipment required to perform their roles.
- Build an excellent working relationship with the IT Desktop Support Engineers to ensure the post holder of this role can:
Building close working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
o Organise, track and manage the return of equipment from remote/hybrid/office based leavers or movers.
o Packaging and unpackaging of equipment, and light manual handling.
o Maintain an accurate internal asset register on ITSM.
o Ensure signed agreements are in place for all assigned assets.
- Maintain and manage an effective service from our courier partner, raising PO’s where appropriate, tracking and managing costs.
- Work in conjunction with HR to manage starter and leaver processes for remotely based staff.
- Perform key monthly checks to ensure data integrity within the ITSM system.
- Assist with annual ISO27001 Audits
- Proven history in administration.
- Excellent telephony and written correspondence skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a solution focussed approach.
Salary - £22,360
Bonus - Annual 5% performance bonus
