Main Responsibilities
Semi-skilled assembly worker for the test area.
- Level 2 mechanical qualification advantageous and or experience lifting large loads or working in heavy engineering.
- Experience in the use of hand tools.
- Ability to read drawings advantageous (training will be given).
- Must be willing to travel for up to six weeks at a time training.
- Work on their own and as part of a team.
- Comfortable and competent working at heights.
- Be willing to learn new skills.
- Experience in operating cranes or working with cranes (training will be given).
- Slinging and lifting experience required (training will be given)
- Work to deadlines.
- Work overtime including weekend work when needed.
- Work using own initiative.
- Work inside the assembly area and outside in all weathers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £15.33 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
