Job description
Purpose of Role
You will be responsible for assembling our top quality products. You will make sure that work is delivered on time. You will speak regularly to your Manager / Team Leader, and work effectively independently and in a team.
Core Responsibilities
- Work safely and efficiently in our manufacturing environment
- Assemble our products on time, and keeping to our high quality and standards
- Talk regularly with your Manager / Team Leader to make sure work is on track and done properly
- Accurately follow the manufacturing process, reporting any problems to your Team Leader / Manager
- Rework piece parts or final assemblies as and when required
- Ensure tools and working area are respected, keeping spaces tidy and free from hazards

- Be flexible with overtime where needed to support the department
- Make sure all hours are logged correctly and on time
- To follow all other reasonable requests made by your Team Leader / Manager
