We have an opportunity for a Assembler to join our team in Horsham.


Assembler responsibilities

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for managing your work area and team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned equipment to build test and pack product.
  • Lead, drive & participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Follow up to date Standard Operating Procedures & highlight errors, supporting changes where required.
  • Support the Honeywell Accelerator & remain up-to-date with education
  • Manage & maintain assigned work areas
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report Quality data.
  • Perform product changeovers
  • Support corrections to the process, where required
  • Perform equipment testing & PPM thereof
  • Support team through the shift ensuring all understand what is required of them.
