EMBS Engineering is in partnership with a reputable engineering company located in Nottinghamshire that is a globally recognised, market-leading precision engineering/manufacturing business that supports world-renowned industry leaders.
Due to our client's increased workload, they are looking to expand their workforce and are therefore looking for Mechanical Assembly Fitters to join their growing team and support with new and exciting projects.
What experience do you need?
- Previous assembly/fitting experience within precision engineering
- Previous background of working with small to medium sized precision components for high profile industries including; Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas etc
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Able to use hand held and power assembly tools - grinders, cutters, drills, saws, torque wrenches etc
- Experience of working with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium etc
- Experience of welding, deburring, pot riveting, countersinking, CNC Operation etc would be advantageous
