Your role in a nutshell…
As our Creative Artworker, you’ll be responsible for all WLT print preparation and output, ensuring accurate and timely file preparation and management. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and fantastic communication skills. You will love a new idea, be process driven and work to ensure that our team deliver amazing experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Creative - Working closely with the creative team, following designs and artwork from their conception to completion.
· Artwork – Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of all required artwork to be print ready.
· Print Process - Guardian of the print process, leading on any required updates and direction.
· Print Lists – working closely with the production team to ensure all print lists are accurate and that deadlines are met.
· Proof checking – you are responsible for checking all artwork proofs.
· Asset Management – ensuring all client and company assets along with brand guidelines are up to date, adhered to and filed correctly.
· Storage Management – set up, manage, and archive accurate artwork files ensuring they are labelled and stored correctly for relevant stakeholders and projects.
· Studio Management – Supporting with the flow of creative work across the business.
· Pitches – Supports on all pitches & pitch document creation.
· Business Creds – responsible for updating company credential documents
· Company Documents – ensures all company documents are updated and on brand
· On Point - Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and production techniques.
· Little black book – be able to support the wider team with sourcing additional freelance support when required
· Communication & Collaboration – you’ll give accurate and timely updates on all projects and client developments via the appropriate channels e.g., Monday, Teams or face-to-face meetings.
Is it you we’re looking for?
Ideally, you’ll have:
· Experience with print ready artwork
· Experience checking own work before going to print
· Ideally have experience in the event sector working on a variety of print formats
· Have experience in working to brand guidelines
· Be confident in your abilities, understand the art working process and add your creativity into the projects
· Extensive experience of all things creative
· You have worked within creative industry in artworker role.
· Exceptional eye for detail, extensive mac skills, experience across all forms of media
· Excellent use of Adobe Suite
· The ability to work in a fast-paced studio to meet tight deadlines.
· A relevant qualification
· Ideas of your own you can contribute to help take us from strength-to-strength.
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· A positive attitude and want to help shape our culture as we grow.
· An inquisitive mind – you like to learn and take on feedback without a flinch to improve yourself.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
