About the role and our team

The Isle of Man Arts Council is looking to recruit a graduate to work on a 2 year paid internship relating to research and development of arts projects, particularly to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Isle of Man Arts Council in 2025.

The role will be based with the Arts Team as part of Culture Division at the Villa Marina Arcade and is an exciting opportunity for a recent arts graduate (within the last 5 years) to work within an arts development environment. You will develop skills in creative thinking, project management, publishing and the development of marketing campaigns, including social channels to publicise a project.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your own creative projects in line with the National Development Strategy for Culture and the Arts, as well as working with the Culture Division to develop, facilitate and support ongoing and future projects and events for the Isle of Man Arts Council and at Kensington Arts.
