Job Title: Arts Engagement & Outreach Manager

Salary: £32,909 - £37,261

Hours: Full Time – 161 Hours per month

Fixed term opportunity until March 2026

The Arts & Entertainment Service, that manages The Octagon Theatre and Westlands Entertainment Venue, seek a passionate and talented Arts Engagement & Outreach Manager to bring their experience and knowledge to drive opportunities with the creative arts. You will lead our Arts Council England NPO programme and use our venues as a base from which to spread engagement with the creative arts through South Somerset. With the development of The Octagon Theatre into a flagship cultural hub for Somerset, you will lead the Arts Engagement & Outreach Team and work across the service to deliver high quality, inspiring and exciting projects and activities increasing the profile of the service in our communities.

The successful candidate will develop delivery plans and have experience in arts management and a passion for the cultural sector. As part of our management team, you will play a vital role in the management and development of our venues, leading, motivating, and managing the team to deliver exceptional service.
