Position Arts, Heritage & Culture Officer
Salary: £32,020- £34,411 per annum plus essential car user allowance
Location: Leek & Buxton- Agile working applicable
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)
High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to develop and coordinate the delivery of Arts, Culture & Heritage activities across the Alliance.
The successful candidate will have experience of encouraging and promoting involvement in artistic, culture and heritage activities and monitoring the delivery of this.
The role involves developing Arts, Culture and Heritage Strategies for the Councils and ensure that they remain fit for purpose, providing best practice advice and guidance to support the embedding of this within the service delivery across the Councils. To oversee and manage the grant schemes from the assessment and monitoring of applications to the promotion and evaluation of successful projects.
