Clarendon Fine Art are seeking an Art Consultant with a passion for luxury sales to join our dedicated team in Milton Keynes, set across two floors, this beautifully presented, glass-fronted gallery is located in Midsummer Place, a modern new shopping centre perfect for viewing the latest collections of contemporary art and sculpture.

About the Role:
As an Art Consultant, you will provide a personable, tailored service to clients, building relationships and sharing your passion for our exclusive original paintings, limited editions, sculptures and collectable additions. Whether that be the contemporary work of Mr Brainwash, or the Fine Art Masters such as Picasso and Warhol, we pride ourselves in offering something for everyone!
- Join a dynamic team, focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge and catering to your clients’ needs.
- Personality is everything in this role so use your flair and engaging personality to develop loyalty with customers through a one-on-one consultative approach to sales.
- Go the extra mile and carry out consultation services in your clients home or offices.
- Be the expert and keep abreast of Artist facts and knowledge so that you can show your skills as an expert dealer and confidently and fluently talk to clients about our collections.
- Meet and host an array of contemporary Artists within the Gallery to promote and sell their work.
- Opportunity to earn lucrative uncapped commission upon hitting and exceeding your monthly targets. Please ask us more about this during initial interview stages.
About you!
- We are looking for engaging and fun individuals who have a warm and consistent approach to developing relationships.
- You will be proactive, motivated and enthusiastic, with a real drive to achieve exceptional results.
- We are looking for someone to join us full time, working 5 days over a 7-day working pattern on a rota basis. We host events and exhibitions outside of normal hours so it’s important to have flexibility for this.
- Although a background in art is beneficial, you do not need to be an expert within the art industry to excel in this position. We enrol our new starters onto our industry leading Art Academy Training to provide you with the tools you need to succeed!
