A bit about the role...
Looking after up to 25 stores with enthusiasm and dedication, genuinely making a difference on each store visit. Supporting the teams to deliver, taking accountability for creating a world class customer experience through engaged and well-trained teams;
- Quarterly Business reviews to support the teams to never settle for average and drive consistency
- Agree actions plans for building a business set for growth
- Plan and facilitate Area Meetings bringing innovative ideas to the table and encouraging and open, honest and collaborative business planning
- Sharing company initiatives in an engaging and inspiring environment
- Be bold and courageous at tackling performance
- Creating an environment for all to succeed and be confident in a strong succession plan for your area
- Drive the business forward with successful New Store Openings
