Area Manager to look after a number of our 24 retail stores .

Bakers or food background would be an advantage or previous experience in a similar role. You must be willing to work closely with the Director of the Company as well as demonstrate excellent leadership to your teams.

Area Manager role includes

An ability to lead from the front and motivate varied teams, actively manage the teams and make a positive contribution to the overall performance of the 24 stores.

Strong presentation skills and an eye to detail.

Ensure Company Policy and procedures are being followed in the stores and Health and safety and hygiene maintained to desired standards across all sites.

Actively involved in rota planning to maintain staffing levels to achieve maximum sales

Experience of robust stock control and ordering of goods.

Strong management and leadership skills including team working, and team development maximizing talent

Supervisory or management qualification or equivalent experience in working in a similar environment

Enthusiastic innovative and flexible

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Health and safety and food safety knowledge

Must be fully flexible with hours

Passionate to help drive our successful business forward and open more stores

Company Vehicle and mobile phone on completion of 6 months trial, fantastic starting salary dependent on experience with excellent bonus to achieve.

Shops are in the Wigan, St Helens, Preston, and Chorley.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent. Must be fully flexible with hours and willing to put the hours in when needed.

Shops must have full availability of our best selling lines throughout the day and fresh bright full counters of stock up until the shop closes at the end of the day.

Full responsibility of making sure all shops are fully staffed and will be involved in all Area Manager duties

The successful candidate will be fully responsible for Health & Safety and Hygiene of their stores so looking preferably for someone who has vast food experience with advanced Hygiene qualifications.
