Area Manager Designate Scotland

As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success, The Range are looking to appoint a highly self-motivated and driven Area Manager Designate covering Scotland, reporting into the National Sales Manager - North.

In this role you will have full P&L responsibility for an Area of 15 Stores across Scotland. Your duties will include:
- The delivery of all of your area sales and profit targets
- Working with your Store Management teams to establish and maintain excellent operational store standards
- The development of your Store teams to deliver a first-class customer service
- We are looking for a positive, front foot retailer who puts their customers and people first
- Leads through knowledge and example
- Who displays a real passion for visual standards and strives to deliver excellent operational results
- Someone who will motivate and innovate their area, to deliver continued growth and the long term business strategy
