- Responsible for the strategic development and targeting of customers across one off and project sectors with electrified products in a set geographical area.
- Target new customer acquisition from the HVAC sector to profitably grow an installer base for electrified products and increase market share in line with volume growth and create sales opportunities through interaction with key merchant & wholesale partners.
- Create relationships with Energy Assessors and local councils to guide installer customers toward funding schemes and incentives.
- Key Account Management within merchant, social housing and contractor customer base to ensure the best customer experience within sector.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, and trade events to enhance brand presence.
- Extensive knowledge of renewable heating industry, markets, sales channels, and networks.
- Demonstrable knowledge and working experience of Heat Pump/HVAC products.
- Excellent understanding of government and localised decarbonisation strategies and targets.
- Enthusiastic and an ability to appropriately influence those you work with.
- Strategic mind set with the ability to think critically and make decisions based upon both experience and data.
- Proven track record in sales showing excellent new customer acquisition strategies and growth of existing client portfolios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Customer centric mindset with good analytical techniques.

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak Due to the nature of the role there is a requirement to work flexibly around the demands of the business - inclusive of national and international travel.
