An Area Manager’s life is a busy one. This is a field-based role, and you will have full responsibility for managing a cluster of stores in a geographical area. You will have full accountability for the following key areas: People, Customer and Financials.
Responsibilities of an Area Manager at Costa Coffee:
Coach, train, develop and support your team to reach their full potential and create a talent pipeline.
Inspire the team to follow your lead and execute with excellence in all areas of the business
Create a customer focused environment within your stores.
Ensure managers take ownership of all controllable costs within their store through effective management of stock and labour.
Requirements to be an Area Manager at Costa Coffee:
- A leader with coaching experience, remember you are leading from the front.
- A commercial mind with the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture, maximizing every sales opportunity.
- A brand ambassador who ensures great attention to brand standards
- An ambitious character who wants to be part of our growth journey.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and execute with pace.
- Experience of managing and developing teams.
- Experience managing multi-sites is desirable.
