About the role

Our Area Managers are fully accountable for their areas. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of 18 stores within the Somerset area, including Exeter, Torquay, Weymouth and Dorchester.

Your key responsibilities will be to maximise store sales and profitability, focusing on operational and customer service standards, as well as building and developing a strong team through motivational leadership. Think of it like running your own small business!

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic person with:

  • 2 years+ multi-site experience, in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven commercial success
  • Experience of building a succession plan
  • Performance management experience
  • Excellent communication, and influencing skills
  • Business review experience with strong analytical skills
  • Fashion experience would be highly desirable
  • Understanding of visual merchandising
  • An ambassador for customer service
  • Highly motivated and energetic
