Area to be covered: North West
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + up to 30% bonus
Benefits: BMW 3 series & Audi A3 company car or equivalent & full benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Interior Building Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling comprehensive range of structural insulation products
- All of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via regional house builders, developers and offsite manufacturers
- Dealing with both commercial and residential projects
- Depending on experience with be expected to turnover circa £1m and looking to develop that year or year
- New role for the business therefore targets / accounts will be depended
- Will be good blend of new business and account management
- Covering the whole of the North West
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Interior Building Products experience with:
- Must have sold a technical sales product
- Ideally sold to house builders, developers and offsite manufacturers
- Will be open in respect of building products sold if you’re sold to house builders for example: plumbing & heating,
- Would consider an specification led individual selling to architect with related product experience
- Genuine desire to succeed and want to develop a long term career
- Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
- Commercially capable, loyal and technical
