Territory Manager Opportunity

Package: Basic salary £40,685k plus OTE bonus £8,000 (additional bonus available), Company car or car allowance, 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme and Private medical insurance (after qualifying period).

As Territory Manager, you will spend 80% of your time working ‘knee to knee’ with colleagues, supporting them to become the best they can be and maximising individual and branch performance through a continuous cycle of observation, feedback, and coaching.
About you?
- You will have proven management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail and or health care environment)
- Driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance.
- You will be process driven with a consistent approach and be able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.
- You will also have well-developed people management skills and a desire to get the best out of your team.
You must hold a full UK driving license.
