Location: Field based, covering restaurants across the north of the country and Scotland.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Hours – Full Time

Description
We are looking for an experienced, engaging, and passionate leader to join our team as an Area Manager. You will lead a team of General Managers bringing out the best in them and their teams, driving consistent high performance and standards.
We believe that it is our people that make the difference and help us stand out as the best. You will need to be both a leader and a team player, a strong communicator, show great initiative and share our values of providing the highest quality experience to all our guests.
Reporting to the Head of Operations you will spend your time focusing on people, product, sales, and profit. By creating and executing plans for continuous improvement you’ll be responsible for the continued growth of our existing restaurants.
More about the role:
The role of the Area Manager is to lead and support a team of General Managers driving the operational performance of their restaurants. The successful person will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
A leader of managers – an experienced operator who can inspire, mentor, and develop restaurant managers- A confident communicator – able to articulate a clear vision via all mediums
- An eye for detail – setting and maintaining high standards in quality in all aspects of the business
- Commercially minded – able to drive both sales and profit-building initiatives
