For the role of Area Manager at Fat Hippo, you must be familiar with managing and working in a fast paced restaurant environment whilst maintaining high standards. Working closely with our Operations Manager and Site Managers, you will be provided with full training in all our systems and procedures to provide you with the best opportunities for success.
You are responsible at all times for overseeing the smooth, professional daily operations of all sites within your area. This includes overseeing security, cash handling, cleanliness, quality of food, quality of service, pace of service, control of wages, proficient record keeping, control of ordering and expenditure, payroll, new starter practices, communication of maintenance issues, scheduling staff, supervision of staff, authorising holidays, training and monitoring staff, disciplinary action and recruitment.
You will be obligated to fulfil daily duties and tasks, ensuring the restaurant teams are fully briefed and prepared.
