What you'll be doing as Area General Manager Track record managing your group of hotels, ensuring that each hotel is constantly progressing and consistently performing Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding performance; setting clear direction, measurable targets and objectives for your on-site Business Excellence Managers Ensuring achievement of all company and brand performance measures, including brand and safety audits Maintaining a fully-staffed, engaged team who are proud to come to work (and therefore, stay with us!) Working with the central team to devise, develop and implement clear strategies and plans on-property Raising the profile and reputation of your hotels' being a brand ambassador and ensuring we retain a position as a leading franchisee Finding opportunities to drive profit and ROI as well as managing costs - all without compromising on service standards. What'll make you a great fit for this Area General Manager role? This is a perfect role for an experienced and successful multi-site or very large single site General Manager who is seeking a step-up in their career within a forward-thinking, change-loving company You'll ideally have experience as a multi-site or very large single site General Manager working with IHG brands, however, we would still love to hear from you if you've worked in an alternative branded environment You'll have demonstrable success in achieving targets and be able to prove your ability to manage the performance of your team in doing so All things digital?
