Role: Senior Architectural Technician
Location: Derry/ Hybrid
Salary: €30k - €45k
Client:
Our client is a Property Developer who specialise in commercial, educational, healthcare and light industrial developments valued up to £30M. They currently have a number of vacancies for Architectural technicians as they have recently secured a number of commercial and residential commissions.
There will be an opportunity for you to develop within a fully collaborative, enthusiastic team offering an excellent salary commensurate with your skill level and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images and additional design-based documents
- Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
- A good understanding of building construction and detailing including current NI, ROI and English Building Regulations,
- Experience in compiling and submitting Planning and Building Regulation Applications,
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional design skills and detail orientation
- Assists in the development of the project design, production of presentation drawings
- Ability to liaise with clients and team members
- Develop solutions and procedures to streamline the delivery of architectural projects
Criteria:
- 5+ Years Post Qualification Experience
- Confident in AutoCAD and or Revit
- Experience in Residential, Office and Commercial Projects
