Manorcrest Construction has over 20 years experience in housing design, new home developments, construction, and engineering. We have had great success in growing our business and strengthening our core property development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technicianto join our fantastic team. As the Architectural Technician you must be competent in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project. You must be highly organised, be able to work to tight deadlines, and be able to actively manage your own workload. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience in an Architectural Technician role and have a HNC in construction, or similar. SMSTS and Construction Health and Safety Level 3 are desired but not essential.
What you will be doing:
- Formulating planning drawings and submitting applications
- Producing Design & Access statements and Flood Risk Assessments
- Building Regulations Drawings and Specifications
- Construction Drawings
- Producing Bill of Quants
- Requesting and reviewing quotations from suppliers
- Signing off Timber frame drawings
- Ordering and scheduling materials to be delivered to site
- Site visits / Quality checks
- Producing site programmes using Microsoft Project
- Section 38 and 104 Applications
- Applying for services and utilities, and managing on site
- Producing Sales Plans and Conveyancing Plans
- Liaising with Building Control and Warranty provider
- Undertaking any additional tasks as may be reasonably required from time to time

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
