Our company is seeking an Architectural Designer to help make the design of new structures and buildings more efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture, structural engineering and construction, and will be involved in every step of the design process. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about his or her work and enjoys a challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the basic concepts of design.
- Be able to construct 3D models from 2D plans and accompanying photographs.
- Be able to do Proposed Drawings (Floor Plans / Elevations)
- Be able to do Planning Applications.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Be able to speak intelligently about urban design, environmental design, and architectural history.
- Discuss, challenge, and refine ideas.
- Provide information to clients and colleagues.
- Have a good understanding of copyright law.
Job Types: Permanent, Freelance
Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
