This high quality, bespoke Architecture practice are looking for an Architectural Assistant to join their friendly team. Working on residential projects of varying sizes and scales, the successful applicant must be able to simultaneously work on multiple projects at any one time. With attention to detail at the heart of their work, they're looking for the new addition to match this skill set and bring with them a portfolio of previous work in stages 1-4. To be considered for this role you must: SketchUp and Adobe - Microstation experience is a bonus! Relevant UK based experience UK Building Regs and Planning experience Excellent verbal and written communication Able to work on, and run own projects RIBA Stage 4 experience is essential Although a Part 2 is preferred, if you're a Part 1 with relevant project experience, this will also be considered. Due to location of the office on the Surrey/London border, living nearby would be beneficial. This is a full-time position in their friendly office and salary will be in the region of £25,000 and £32,000, experience depending.
