We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an apprenticeships support officer. As the Apprenticeships Support Officer, you will be involved in all aspects of the administration and the quality improvement processes for the apprenticeship programmes across the School of Allied Health Professions, Nursing and Midwifery. You will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the apprenticeship programmes including undertaking administrative work in all aspects of student lifecycle events.
You will have an adaptable, enthusiastic and forward-thinking approach with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong IT skills and an ability to work collaboratively with administrative and academic staff to provide an excellent level of service to students.
We are looking for candidates who will have a real commitment to the role, and who have a good track record of working methodically with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have excellent team working skills. You will need an enthusiastic and helpful manner and the ability to act with discretion and diplomacy.
You will work closely with the School’s Director of Apprenticeships and the Apprenticeship Operations Manager.
