To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous Apprenticeship training experience.
- Experience assessing vocational achievement and competence in the workplace.
- Experience in managing a caseload of 30-40 learners.
- You’ll be tech-savvy and comfortable utilising e-portfolio systems.
- Excellent communicator, achieving success in every interaction.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Assessors Award - A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent.
- Teaching Qualification - AET, PGCE or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with access to your own vehicle and the flexibility to travel around the Yorkshire and Humber area
The ideal candidate will be conscientious with their work, taking responsibility and accountability for its delivery and quality.
Within this position, you’ll be:
- Delivering engaging learning programmes; maximising learners' potential.
- Carrying out monthly visits for all learners across your geographical region.
- Providing insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to learners, helping them achieve their Apprenticeship Qualification.
- Observing learners in their place of work, providing coaching support and guidance.
- Managing your own workload to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Organising and maintaining electronic documentation files on learners' progress.
- Proactively monitoring, evaluating, and driving improvement in the quality and effectiveness of your caseload.
What’s on offer:
A progressive salary from £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + car allowance
Working days are Monday – Friday. Part Time working will be considered.
