APPRENTICESHIP SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
First Intuition is a fast-growing premier provider of accountancy training and apprenticeships. As part of our ongoing growth, we now require a new Apprenticeship Service Administrator to support the Central Apprenticeship Team and wider FI Network.
- Reporting to the MIS Manager.
- Full time remote working position – we will prioritise candidates based within travelling distance of FI hubs in Manchester, Birmingham and Southampton
- Attendance at twice yearly meetings in London is an essential requirement for this role
- All essential IT equipment will be provided
Duties and responsibilities include:
· Management and data input for all First Intuition Apprenticeship Service (AS) Accounts
· Accurately enter apprenticeship data into AS accounts
· Maintain precise records of changes to AS accounts to ensure clear communication with First Intuition centres
· Monitor and resolve centre queries and errors
· Assist with resolving warnings/errors that may affect funding claims following data uploads within Apprenticeship Service Accounts
· Assist with monitoring the helpdesk and answer queries
· Assist in preparing ILR data to make monthly funding claims
· Support the MIS Manager with financial reconciliation of Apprenticeship data
· Support Apprenticeship Data Administrators across a variety of administrative tasks
· Other ad hoc projects to ensure data integrity and funding compliance
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Essential:
· Data processing or data entry skills essential
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong IT skills
· Previous administration experience
· Strong organisation skills and an ability to manage time effectively
· Ability to work independently and flexibly
· Ability to work from home
Desirable:
· Previous experience of government funding
· Prior experience of apprenticeship software ie PICS/Apprenticeship Service
· Previous experience of apprenticeships/funding rules
