Ensuring that our customers receive the very best service from us is vital to the success of the business. If you are patient, have a friendly and professional telephone manner and are organised with good attention to detail, then this role could suit you.
This is a sales role which provides the support you need to ensure you are meeting the minimum standards required each month and developing as you go.
You will be contacting clients who have shown interest in our product (no cold calling) and building a rapport using a friendly, confident and polite manner. This will then help you find a suitable policy and close the sale!
There is plenty of scope for development within the company and you will be given full training right from the beginning and supported throughout your journey with us.
If you’re determined to succeed, have a positive attitude and know when to ask for help, then we can train you in the knowledge needed to be a success!

We are a busy office where teamwork is essential. Our dress code is smart office wear and good hygiene, punctuality and attendance will all make you a great team player.
You should be aware:
- As our office is based in an industrial area on Canvey Island Essex, please check that you will be able to arrive and be ready for work by 9am. There is parking on site and the nearest train station is Benfleet and bus route is 21,22 or 27.
- Hours are 35 per week, 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. (No weekends)
