The Apprenticeship Team is looking to recruit an individual with a genuine interest and passion for promoting and supporting apprenticeships to complement our dynamic, friendly and supportive team.The Team co-ordinates the procurement of high-quality apprenticeship training provision, supports services across the organisation to recruit, develop and retain employees by facilitating apprenticeship opportunities, to ensure a highly skilled workforce and career development opportunities and provides support to managers and apprentices throughout the apprenticeship programme delivery.
It is essential that you enjoy working within a team but can demonstrate initiative, autonomy and independence, as the role requires the ability to work flexibly, which includes working from home, office and traveling to departments across the organisation.We can offer you a really interesting role with opportunities to develop professionally and personally and to actively participate in exciting developments to support ambitious clinical apprenticeship strategies.
