The role
As an Apprenticeship Contract Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will manage, develop and deliver the contract Apprenticeship programme to ensure learning outcomes are aligned to strategic, operational, commercial and contractual requirements.
Day to day, you will manage two teams of assessors through three team leaders however; the role will be hands on meaning contact with the assessors will also be needed.
- Manage a team of team Leaders, Assessors and other to deliver the contractual requirements of the contract profitability line with MoD and ESFA policy and guidance
- Help develop and support the REME Apprenticeships Quality Improvement Plan
- Support Team Leaders in the design, development and delivery of CPD and other training events
- Liase and support all awarding bodies within REME Apprenticeships
- Report on learner satisfaction feedback to the customer
Essential experience of the Apprenticeship Contract Manager:
- Excellent knowledge of Apprenticeships, work based learning, ESFA regulations and a comprehensive knowledge of internal & external assurance activities
- Excellent knowledge of the Common Inspection Framework and experience of meeting/delivering against Ofsted requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent customer facing skills
This role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement; MOD Lyneham being the main working location, with visits to other UK contract sites require around once per month (UK wide travel will be required and possible overnight stays, when visiting other siteas0
Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Contract Manager:
- Level 3 Assessor Award
- Leadership & Management qualification or relevant experience
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
