Supporting the Head of Professional Education, you will work with stakeholders across the firm to ensure that we have the right apprenticeship and professional education offer in place that future proofs the business, delivers a positive student experience and helps to achieve positive student outcomes.

You will work with external bodies and training providers to ensure they are delivering a high quality service and impactful student experience, in line with our Deloitte values. You will also be given the opportunity to work on ad-hoc projects that set Deloitte apart as one of the top apprenticeship employers, enhancing the student experience and improving internal understanding of our offering. Specifically, the role includes:

Programme Design and Development

  • Reviewing existing apprenticeship and qualification offering to ensure that it continues to reflect business need, responding to feedback and identifying areas of programme improvement and innovation.
  • Driving new programme development and innovation, by using your apprenticeship / professional qualification expertise to put in place solutions that make an impact for our students and the business. Stakeholder Management
  • Engaging and collaborating with a broad range of HR stakeholders including relevant business partners, Recruitment, Resourcing, Onboarding and Central Business Services, to provide a seamless onboarding and professional qualification induction experience for our students.

Third Party Management

  • Working closely with our apprenticeship / professional education providers to agree contractual terms, governance arrangements and service level agreements so that our providers are accountable for delivering a high quality student experience.
  • Liaising with external professional bodies to ensure that Deloitte meets all regulatory and compliance standards for delivering apprenticeships and professional education.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Understanding of Apprenticeship policy, levy funding rules and Early Careers policies.
  • Experience of delivering and/or managing apprenticeships, ideally technology degree and accounting / finance apprenticeships.
  • Experience of delivering and /or managing professional qualifications, such as ACA and CIMA
  • Ability to adapt written skills to a variety of audiences and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and a team player.
  • Proficient IT skills, including quickly learning and using a range of digital platform tools.
  • A bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

Personal independence
