JOB ROLE
Develop the skills required to deliver production results and meeting the strategic objectives of the Machining and Plating Business Unit and AEM.
Gaining knowledge for the requirements of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality, maintaining compliance with all industry standard regulations.
To work in various departments within the MPBU department which is likely to include:
Operations Office
Non Destructive Testing (NDT)
Paint
Shot Peening
QUALIFICATIONS AND EPERIENCE
Qualifications: ·
- Highly numerate and literate (have GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English) Experience:
- Capable of using, with a high degree of accuracy, a range of measuring tools.
- Able to work in a team in a demanding, customer focused working environment.
- Computer based skills (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work well in multidiscipline/cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with outside agencies
- Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
- Innovative and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and multi task
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Creative and outgoing
- Well organised and self motivated
