An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Engineering Team at South Staffordshire College Cannock campus, as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineering Technician assisting with providing vital technical support for our teaching activities. You will learn how to support students studying on our Mechanical and Design Engineering programmes and be trained in the use of lathes, milling machines, 3D printers and welding alongside CAD and CAM software while attending college to get your Level 3 apprenticeship standard. You will already have achieved a Level 2 Engineering qualification.
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic and wants a career in Engineering within the Further Education sector. This is an attractive opportunity to join a vibrant, friendly and supportive working environment.
