Our Investment Property Management Department are seeking an Apprentice to join their fast growing team based in our George Street Headquarters in London. The role of an Apprentice at Colliers is to provide support in the delivery of all projects and professional assignments. Developing strong working relationships and ensuring that senior management have regular and necessary information needed.
Apprentices at Colliers are entrusted with the organisation’s reputation and is expected to live its values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of monthly client meetings
- Diary management
- Assisting with property inspections
- Ensuring that property files are up to date
- Drafting lease forms for our accounts team
- Regular liaison with tenants
- Processing insurance claims
No formal qualifications required for this position.
