Salary details: £10,158.72 per annum. (Apprenticeship rate) (Full Year)
Contract: 37 Hours. Full time, Expected duration 4 years
Are you interested in learning your trade in a college environment? The college is keen to harness and develop the talent of young people in the local area and as such are looking to recruit an apprentice electrician.

Support and funding to help you achieve a Level 3 qualification as an Installation and Maintenance Electrician.

As an Apprentice Electrical Technician, you will be working as part of a team of engineers and will learn to carry out planned and emergency break down maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant & equipment in buildings.
You will have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent). Essential to the role is good communication, customer service and IT skills.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their personal statement, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
Due to the nature of this post, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
