Trinity Life Limited is an ever expanding company offering fantastic employment opportunities. Our team of telephone operators act as our booking agents for all of our UK based clients.
We are looking for enthusiastic professional people with a high level for attention to customer services to join our expanding team.
Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner when dealing with all types of customers in order to offer a high level of customer experience to the levels that our company expect.
Our company prides itself on the customer service that we supply so all applicants must be polite and efficient while delivering a high level of friendliness.
Requires: The position requires applicants to work from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Our operatives must accurately capture and input data, basic computer skills are essential though full training on our specific systems will be given upon your induction.
Applicants must be able to work in a very busy office environment.
Must be punctual and well-presented and have an excellent work ethic.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: From £16,000.00 per year
