Job description
We’re looking for a driven appointment setter / DM specialist to join our team
The person we’re looking for should be looking for a high pressure, sales driven role with huge earning potential
You’ll be working in the DMs building relationships with clients, distributing free trainings and booking in consultations for our business consultant team
Full training will be provided but the successful candidate should
- Have an extremely high work rate over condensed shifts (5 hours)
- Be inventive and creative when solving problems and have excellent conversational skills
- Be motivating and inspired to help PTs build their businesses
- Be ready to 100% immerse themselves in our company culture and grow with us
- Work well under pressure and thrive off hitting targets
- Be meticulous with tracking data and ensuring reporting is effectively communicated

Preferred skills (not absolutely required):
- Knowledge of the fitness industry (specifically online personal training)
- Sales Experience
- Knowledge of the business coaching industry
- Excellent written communicator
Role:
Role works in 5 hour shifts 5-6 days a week, some Saturdays and evenings are required
Work from home
Approx 120 hours a month
Commission based: Earnings if targets hit £5000-£7000 pcm
