Job summary

Previous school experience is essential for this role; SEN experience and knowledge would be advantageous. We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is a high-quality practitioner with high expectations for all children.
- Values the whole child and understands the importance of well-being.
- Is confident in carrying out assessments and identifying a child’s strengths and next steps.
- Can build and promote positive partnerships with parents/carers.
- Has been trained in current SEN interventions – e.g. WELLCOM/ Herts Reading Fluency
- Has a current First Aid qualification
