We’re looking for a Workday Sr. Configuration Analyst to join the People Team!
- What you’ll do:
- Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and add new functionality as necessary
- Build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem
- Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
- Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
- Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields
- Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
- Train and mentor junior configuration specialists
- Create functional and technical systems documentation

- Someone who can rely on their previous experiences to plan and accomplish future goals
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levels

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field
- 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Payroll Certification
Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 annually
- Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $133,000 annually
- Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $119,000 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
