Application Support Analyst

Remote / Occasional Office Travel

40k - 45k DOE

We are seeking an enthusiastic & driven Application Support Analyst to join our client, a reputable and rapidly expanding Manchester-based financial services business.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• 
  Working on change requests and contributing to projects to consistently improve business applications.

• 
  Testing and implementation of approved patches/updates in accordance with Change Control management.

• 
  Work to specified SLA's liaising with software vendors where applicable.

• 
  Working alongside 3rd party service providers to discuss solutions and resolve incidents.

• 
  Provide out-of-hours support as required to support business-critical applications.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 
  Application Support Analyst experience working with ERP, CRM and Accounting Applications.
• Good understanding of BI, SQL Query, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.
• Experience working with AWS and Azure.
• ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable.
• Basic HTML, XML and Powershell scripting experience.
