Job description
Supporting the business development manager, you will be responsible for uploading and updating client bookings, creating invoices, chasing payments, and requesting details.
Your day-to-day role will be to support the BDM with whatever administration support is necessary.
This may also include chasing up quotes to try to convert them into bookings.
Previous experience with accounting software would be extremely advantageous.
The accounts software that we use is Sage 100.
Previous experience using a CRM system is necessary.
Previous experience within a travel/logistics role would also be advantagious but is not necessary.
Working hours are 09:00am to 17:30pm - Monday to Friday.
The role is in person, on site at our premesis.
Public transport links to this site are not good, so the role would be more suitable for someone who drives and has access to their own car.
